Test Scoring and Reporting Services (TSARS) is established to provide test scoring, test development, survey research, and training services to the Georgia Department of Education, individual school systems, university programs, state agencies, and nonprofit organizations. (GCA)

Bill Ripley served as the founding director of TSARS. (GCA)

1992

Dave Payne becomes TSARS director. (GCA)

1994

 

Learning and Performance Support Laboratory (LPSL) is established with funding from Georgia Research Alliance to advance state-of-the-art research and development exploring how computational and communication technologies can enhance teaching, learning and performance. (LPSL)
