Syllabus Policy Procedure

• Have faculty name each syllabus using the naming process in below:
  
  courseprefix_course#_instructorslastname&firstinitial_semesterabbrv&2digityear.pdf
  
  for example: cmsd_3000_leonardk_su04.pdf


• All faculty should send thier syllabi in pdf format to their department head (or assigned staff).


• When all syllabi are in, department heads will send the syllabi to the Dean's Office.


• Dr. deMarrais / OIT (Web team) will handle the rest
